Vigan is known for its preserved Spanish colonial and Asian architecture. Walking for the first time in cobblestones covered with horse-drawn carriage and rustic mansions of street of Calle Crisologo made me feel I am in a foreign soil. Ilocos Sur’s food offering is a delight, their empanada is an original. I love the Vigan longanisa and bagnet a lot, I think I was eating eat everyday for several days.
