Puerto Galera is located on the north western part of the Island of Mindoro. On summer break this place is crowded as it is close to Manila, about 32.3km or almost 2 hours cruise by boat from the port of Batangas. I brought my family here on a weekend before heading back to Shenzhen, in the winter of 2016. My daughter and I did a little bit of snorkeling although she’s afraid of the open water and stay for less than 10 minutes but we did see a lot of fishes and tortoises. She loved the variety of fruits, specially the mangoes and bananas.
