The ultimate inspiration for the floating island of Pandora from Avatar is located in the province of Hunan, China. The majestic jagged quartzite sandstone columns cover the entire Wulingyuan Forest park.
Gion, Kyoto (2018)
Gion is Kyoto’s Geisha district and also host to many foreigners who wore kimono and pretend to be Japanese. We arrived by bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto early in the morning.
